At Jumper the Label, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

 

1. Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship to addresses across Australia only. All orders are processed and shipped from our base in Sydney, NSW.

 

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that during busy periods, promotional events, or holidays, dispatch times may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly.

 

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (metro areas may receive parcels sooner)
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout (1–3 business days depending on your location)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

 

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly advertised on our website and social media.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link so you can monitor your delivery.

If you don’t receive your tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us at info@jumperthelabel.com.

 

6. Delayed or Lost Parcels

We use trusted carriers (e.g., Australia Post) for all deliveries. While delays are rare, they can happen.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us — we’ll investigate with the carrier and assist in locating your parcel.

Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

7. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If an item is listed as pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be noted in the product description.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
