Refunds & Returns Policy

At Jumper the Label, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our procedures, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

1. Change of Mind Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for change-of-mind purchases.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

This change-of-mind policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at info@jumperthelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description in your email.

 

3. Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
However, if a sale item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@jumperthelabel.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and post it using a trackable service.
  4. Keep your postage receipt and tracking number until your return is complete.

 

5. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • replacement or refund for a major failure, and
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
